    Hi Adam,

Great job on your SWOT analysis of Landscaping Larry! You highlighted some really solid strengths—especially the strong local reputation and skilled team. I can personally vouch for how important that kind of local word-of-mouth can be. The person who does our yardwork (Dave—not Larry) was actually recommended to us by a neighbor, and that personal endorsement made all the difference in choosing someone we could trust. It’s clear that maintaining a positive reputation in the community can be one of the most valuable marketing tools in this industry. I also appreciated your emphasis on sustainability—definitely something more and more clients are prioritizing.

      Casey,
I agree that word of mouth goes a long way, whether in a small business or a large one. I’ve changed loyalty to products based off reviews from friends and family when I’ve become intrigued and less than happy with the services/products that I received. Especially in a smaller town, word goes the distance. We chose our fencer from several recommendations throughout our neighbors.
